Pregnancy Care

Pain management: Helping manage aches, pains, and other musculoskeletal issues during pregnancy such at Pelvic girdle pain.

Exercise guidance: Whether you’re a high level athlete or recreational gym goer we can provide a 1:1 session assessing your ability to continue or modify various exercises as needed.

Birth prep: A session for those ladies from 34 weeks and beyond to check Pelvic floor function, Pelvic alignment, demonstration of perineal massage and advice/guidance on labour positions and discuss any concerns around labour birth and beyond.

Postnatal Care

6 week check
Our bespoke ALL ABOUT MUM Assessment will provide a comprehensive all over body check from spinal and pelvic movement, Diastasis (Tummy muscle separation) , Pelvic floor strength, scar management and C/Section recovery. From this an individualised roadmap to recovery will be formulated in line with the clients goals. We will be with you every step of the way to help you overcome any hurdles that may arise.

Peri/Menopausal Care

Pelvic floor issues like urgency, stress incontinence, prolapse, pain with intercourse, pelvic pain we successfully assess and treat a wide range of conditions

Exercise guidance: The importance of Exercise on bone and tendon health is huge in our perimenopausal years but sometime there can be a barrier for women to “get started”. Be that pain, lack of confidence, pelvic floor symptoms. We provide a bespoke service to help women return to exercise in order to maintain and improve bone density and strength.

Gynae Care

Pre/Post op Hysterectomy/Prolapse repair: Prehab is vital part of the surgical journey – get a baseline of where your strength is both functionally and from a pelvic floor perspective. Post Op guidance on return to activity with management of any post op pain, scar tissue and Pelvic floor rehab.

Other Conditions

Endometriosis and Pelvic pain
Pain management and exercises to alleviate discomfort related to endometriosis and other chronic pelvic pain conditions.

Dyspareunia (Pain during intercourse)
Techniques to alleviate pain and discomfort during sexual activity which may be the result from perineal trauma or a condition called vaginismus (involuntary contraction of the pelvic floor)
