Our Story

We are the Conway Sisters — Mary Angela and Kathy. Growing up just Fifteen months apart in Moneymore, Co. Derry, we shared a love of sport and activity that naturally led us both into careers in Physiotherapy.

While we began our careers in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, our own pregnancy and postnatal experiences highlighted the huge gap in care for women. For the past seven years, we have specialised in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and peri/menopause.

We are passionate about helping women stay active, informed and confident at every stage of life, and believe every woman deserves access to the best possible care.
