As mothers, we know the postpartum phase can be physically and emotionally challenging. Our programme is designed to empower and support new mums during this crucial time.
What is it?
A specialised exercise programme created by Women’s Health Physiotherapists, focusing on postnatal recovery, with a strong emphasis on pelvic floor and core rehab.
How it works
With 6 months of access, you’ll receive:
- Early postnatal recovery: 6 key rehab videos for birth and C-section recovery
- Specialised postnatal programme (from 4 weeks post-birth)
- 12 full rehab classes, 12 express pelvic floor classes, 12 express core classes
- C-section scar mobilisation video
- Postnatal Level 3: 6 advanced classes to test core strength and pelvic floor function
- Accountability: Join our WhatsApp group for support from a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and coach.
Equipment needed
A mat, weights, resistance band, and soft ball are recommended, with alternatives provided.
