General Pilates Classes

 

What is it?
Our online Physio-led Pilates classes cater to all ability levels, helping you strengthen
your body, improve flexibility, and find balance—all from home!

How it works
You’ll have access to our library of classes: Beginner (6 classes), Intermediate (24 classes),
and Advanced (24 classes). We also offer a specialised low back pain programme with 8
full classes.

Do I need equipment?
We recommend a mat, small weights, a soft Pilates ball, and a resistance band, but we
also provide alternatives if you don’t have the equipment.
