What is it?
Our 30-minute express Core, Strength, and Conditioning (CSC) workouts offer both higher and lower-level modifications to safely build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall fitness.

How it works
When you join the programme, you’ll have access to our library of over 40 CSC classes. We also recommend joining our WhatsApp support group for coaching, motivation, and accountability.

Do I need equipment?
Not necessarily! While a set of weights will enhance your workout, bodyweight exercises work just fine if you don’t have any.
