Bump It Up Programme

Exercising while pregnant may seem daunting, but it’s safe and incredibly beneficial for both you and your baby.

What is it?
Our programme, designed by expert Women’s Health Physiotherapists, focuses on strengthening key areas during pregnancy. It includes tailored classes for pelvic girdle and back pain relief.

How it works
You’ll get access to:

  • 48 pregnancy-specific exercise classes (low and high level)
  • Express mobility and core strength videos
  • Educational resources
  • Accountability via our WhatsApp support group with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and coach.

Equipment needed
A gym ball, weights, mat, and resistance band are recommended, but we offer alternatives if needed.
