Our programme, designed by expert Women’s Health Physiotherapists, focuses on strengthening key areas during pregnancy. It includes tailored classes for pelvic girdle and back pain relief.

How it works
You’ll get access to:

  • Express mobility and core strength videos
  • Educational resources
  • Accountability via our WhatsApp support group with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and coach.

Equipment needed
A gym ball, weights, mat, and resistance band are recommended, but we offer alternatives if needed.
