What is it?
This programme has been designed for women that are experiencing Pelvic floor issues such as Prolapse symptoms, leakage , feeling deconditioned and with no idea where to start. The pelvic floor is not just about doing squeezes and we have integrated it into a 12 week varied and progressive strengthening programme teamed up with some deep core work.
Not suitable for under 12 weeks Postpartum.
How it works
Access to this programme is for one month but we recommend committing to a 3 month programme as per the guidelines to improve pelvic floor strength and function.
You will receive:
Daily Pelvic floor exercises
A 12 week step by step exercise plan – all pre-recorded videos for you to follow
Specific Pelvic floor express workouts
Specific Core express workouts
30min Strengthening workouts with Pelvic floor and Core focus.
Equipment needed
A mat, weights (2-3Kg dumbbells), resistance band, and soft ball are recommended, with alternatives provided.
